Today I have a tip for making your own crispy tortilla chips in the air fryer in under 15 minutes with just three ingredients. You’ll need eight small corn tortillas, cooking oil spray and salt. Start by cutting the tortillas into triangles, then arrange them in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Lightly spray them with oil and sprinkle with salt. Set the air fryer to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Carefully open the basket and flip the chips, then lightly spray them with a little more oil and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, checking every minute towards the end to prevent burning. Remove the chips, transfer them to a bowl and add more salt if needed. Serve immediately with salsa or guacamole or use them to make delicious vegan nachos.
