Combine two chai tea bags in 470 milliliters (2 cups) of plain, unsweetened vegan milk, 90 grams (6 tablespoons) of pumpkin purée, 10 milliliters (2 teaspoons) of maple syrup, a small drop of vanilla extract, and 2 grams (½ teaspoon) of pumpkin spice blend in a saucepan. Allow it to come to a slow simmer for approximately three minutes. When ready, serve in two mugs, garnishing each with a cinnamon stick.
