In “Vegan Health and Spirituality,” Thomas Radzienda emphasizes the importance of realizing wisdom through mindful awareness, reverence for life, and radical acceptance, each grounded in humble silence. “Seven a.m., seven p.m. are the generally recommended times. We find great options that don’t involve the violence. We are more and more present. And then we’re able to respect life much more deeply. If we look into the quantum physics of things, a human being is an energy, and a chicken-being, a cow-being, a fish-being, they are energy. Our awareness becomes deeper and deeper with practice.” Mr. Radzienda’s book highlights that spirituality, self-healing, and veganism together help cultivate happiness and joy. “The body, the mind are working more smoothly, more effectively, and life becomes more joyful. But joy, joy is innate. Why am I so joyful? Well, you’re happy, you’re healthy, you’re at peace. You’re developing compassion.”

Mr. Radzienda is the founder of Vegan Inspiration Thailand, which has distributed over 20,000 copies of his “Holistic Compassion” booklet around Thailand. “If you eat chickens or eggs or any other animal product, it’s loaded with antibiotics and steroids, growth hormones. It’s a toxic brew.” “I’ve been running the ‘Holistic Compassion’ project nine years. And now the new book is coming out, ‘Vegan Health and Spirituality,’ and this book is 308 pages. So, it’s going from a free booklet based on donation to a fully published book, which I’m selling worldwide on Amazon, and in Thailand, I sell through the Thai bookstores.”
