Now, the General Secretary of the World Culture Communication Association, Mr. Chen Hung-Kwang, also has a surprise for Master. Respected and beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai, the whole world and the entire United States have not forgotten that October 25, 1993 is our Great Master’s Supreme Master Ching Hai Day. So this time, I myself have brought representatives here from across America and the five continents of the whole world. There were supposed to be 12 of us, but due to the transportation and other reasons, only nine representatives made it today. […] Due to time constraints, I won’t introduce them one by one. However, the most precious thing I’ve brought back this time is the congratulatory message from the President of the United States, Mr. Clinton and his wife. Now, let us invite the host to read the congratulatory message from the esteemed couple – U.S. President Clinton and his wife, Hillary Clinton. This is from the White House to Supreme Master Ching Hai: “Happy Birthday. Hillary and I are delighted to join Your friends and family in congratulating You on this special day. As You look forward to the years ahead, please accept our best wishes for good health and much future happiness. Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton.” This time, I have also brought back a Gold Medal for Master from the former and current mayors of Hawaii, Mr. Fasi and Mr. Harris. The congratulatory message reads as follows: “Master is not forgotten. Never ever forget Master’s Supreme Master Ching Hai Day.” This year 1995, the celebration of Supreme Master Ching Hai Day is held in Taipei. Year 1996’s Supreme Master Ching Hai Day, both former and current mayors hope to invite Master to revisit Hawaii and again, preside over the bronze statue unveiling ceremony. Another surprise for the Master is a congratulatory message from six governors of the Southwestern states – Kansas, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa, etc. A congratulatory message from a total of six state governors. This is what they said: “We will never, ever forget the greatest help for America, which brought peace and safety to the American people.” Today, fellow initiates from 35 countries worldwide are here together to celebrate the third anniversary of Supreme Master Ching Hai Day.
