Competitive bodybuilding involves not just someone that goes into the gym and trains and works out to shape their body to a specific form that they want. When you are a competitor, you are going on stage, presenting your physique in the leanest, most muscle and best symmetry you can have. For example, if you’re training your shoulders, you’re training your biceps; you want them to stand out to a point where it looks like you’re an anatomy chart. What that takes is someone to really be tenacious in their training, have a lot of intensity, and the performance that goes into that involves highly nutritious, efficient foods. That’s where the vegan comes in.
