It’s just that we don’t realize it. Because we are living in this human realm right now, we have chosen the role and duty of being human. […] If you want to return to that all-encompassing awareness again, then you must practice the Quan Yin Method (meditation on the inner Heavenly Light and Sound) in order to regain that understanding. The more you practice, the more you realize that you are everything. […]
