But you know what happened today? She’s very clever. She didn’t cook enough, so everybody had to eat (Yes.) and fight for it. That’s why everything’s gone. And it looks like she cooked fantastic. But it might not be the truth. (That’s her secret.) It’s her secret, yes. They let people starve for three days and then they eat everything. […] Therefore, sometimes in our societies we eat too much. So, we don’t enjoy the food, and we waste a lot of food, and waste a lot of energy to digest it, and waste a lot of money to buy them, waste a lot of time to prepare them. We prepare so delicious, such complicated food, but we cannot digest, because we eat too much and we eat too often. But if we leave our stomach empty for eight hours at least, and then we can digest better. And the simple food can also be very nourishing because our stomach will be empty, and it absorbs everything that it eats and makes it into useful nutrition.

Each one gets three or four stones and clear the ground about that big. And put the stones in the middle. Always somebody has to be there to watch the fire. Then we can do some (vegan) barbecue. […] And get about three or four stones and collect all the branches and the twigs, but you have to see if there’s no insects inside. No ants and all that. If it’s too rotten, there must be insects inside, so don’t use them. […]
